Advanced Process Engineering Build up
Building the process engineering is really interesting work.
The structural materials of traditional buildings in East Asia often use sustainable materials derived from plants and plant-based composite materials. Since the Industrial Revolution, it has been the age of steel, in which iron has been cast, rolled, press-formed, and welded. Light alloys were similarly pultruded, die-cast and mass-produced. Resin has also been injection molded, extruded, and processed into sheets and films for mass production. FRP, a composite material, is basically handmade and hand lay-up molded, but when mass-produced such as SMC and BMC, it is shaped using a method similar to metal and becomes a product. However, that is not enough to meet the needs of the recent market.

Advanced composite materials are new materials for the future In many cases, the client does not even know what kind of future they are envisioning, what kind of things they want to make, what kind of parts they want, and what their ideal appearance is. They vaguely want a flying car. They want trains that is quiet and runs at high speed.
They want to develop sustainable power sources. They specifically want a golf club that flies well and has a good sound.
They want an eco-friendly electric bicycle. In order to meet these needs, we must understand the design of manufacturing and have a sophisticated sense of balance, including the latest material technology, manufacturing equipment, and pricing outlook. Moreover, someone who is constantly stealing ideas from competitors in the name of market research will not be able to come up with creative solutions. Larger 3D printer ? 5 axial Robots ? Huge scale Braiding Machine ? We have all solution.

In East Asia, there is a saying, ``Learning from the past and new.''
If you look at the manufacturing trends of advanced composite materials, you will see that in most cases old technologies are re -controlled by IT.
JCM's process engineering means and allows us to make things like this and coordinate them in a harmony. It's like the Magic Wheel.
